1. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1 to 4 weeks after payment confirmation. Difficult Custom orders may take longer; we will communicate expected timelines during the order process.

2. Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via USPS Economy Class. This method provides a cost-effective option, but delivery times may vary.

3. Delivery Times: While we aim to have your order delivered as quickly as possible, please allow 5 to 8 business days for delivery once your order has been shipped. Please note that shipping times may be affected by holidays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment on the USPS website.

5. Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order and the delivery address.

6. International Shipping: Currently, we only offer domestic shipping within the USA. International shipping may be available in the future.
